The requirement
A multi-function meter reports energy, instantaneous power, power factor, demand and sometimes harmonics. The display has to page through them without confusing the reader about which parameter is on screen.
What we supplied
- Segment layout with a parameter indicator beside each numeric field, so the unit is never ambiguous
- Backlit version for cabinet installation
- Wide viewing angle for technicians reading from below the panel
- Layout fixed to the meter standard the customer works to
Batch consistency
Meters are installed in large numbers and inspected side by side. Every unit has to read the same, which is why outgoing inspection is 100% with electrical parameters verified per batch.
