This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, why we ask for it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Information you give us. Through the request-a-quotation form and by e-mail you may send your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, the product and quantity you are interested in, your requirements, and any drawing, specification or other file you attach.
Information recorded automatically. Our server logs standard technical data from every request: IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser identification. The IP address of an inquiry is also stored with it, so that we can recognise and block automated abuse of the form.
Cookies. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets a cookie only when someone signs in to the administration area or posts a comment; ordinary visitors browsing the public pages are not tracked.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you ask for it, provide samples.
- To discuss the technical details of a display project with you, including reviewing the drawings you send.
- To keep business records of quotations and orders.
- To protect the website against spam and automated abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Drawings and specifications
Files you upload are stored on our server and are treated as confidential. They are not published, not listed anywhere on the site, and are accessible only to the sales and engineering colleagues who handle your request. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send drawings — just ask, and we will send one first.
5. Who else sees it
Only the colleagues who need it to answer you. Beyond that, the data is processed by the service providers that keep this website and our e-mail running (hosting and e-mail), and by nobody else, unless we are legally required to disclose it. We do not pass it to other manufacturers, agents or marketing services.
6. Where it is stored
Our company, our server and our records are located in China. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection rules, this means your inquiry is transferred to and processed in China. We handle it only to answer your request, and you are welcome to ask us what we hold before you send anything.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a project: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Quotations, drawings and project records: kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required for accounting and warranty records.
- Website server logs: rotated automatically.

8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it for legal reasons;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- send you a copy in a portable format.
Write to yangrunelectronic@163.com — we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Access to inquiries and uploaded files is limited to staff who need it, the website runs over an encrypted connection, and uploaded files are stored separately from the website code and cannot be executed. No system is perfect, so please do not send trade secrets before we have signed an NDA.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing inquiries will be communicated by e-mail where we have an address for you.
