The requirement

The instrument needed a wider readout than a standard 128×64 module — several text lines plus a trend display — while keeping the board area small.

What we supplied

  • 192×64 COG module with the controller bonded to the glass
  • Parallel and serial interface options matched to the host controller
  • Backlight with brightness specified for an indoor panel
  • FPC pinout defined against the instrument board

Design note

For waveform or trend displays, agree the refresh rate and the partial-update behaviour with us at the sample stage: it affects both the firmware and the perceived contrast.
