Rotary Knob Displays
A knob with the display built in — used where the control and the readout have to be the same object the user turns.

Control and readout in one part
On cookers, treadmills and appliance panels, a knob plus a separate window means two openings, two assemblies and a fixed viewing angle. Putting the display inside the knob removes the window and lets the user read the value while turning.
What we supply
- Segment or dot-matrix display integrated into the knob assembly
- Outline matched to your knob diameter, with the display upright across the rotation
- Choice of rotary encoding or a fixed-position design depending on your control scheme
- Backlight options, including colour to indicate mode
Mechanical considerations
The two decisions that matter are how the display connects through a rotating assembly and how much mechanical load the knob will see. Both are settled at drawing review, before tooling.
