ISO 9001
Quality management system covering incoming material control, process discipline, corrective action and traceability.
Checked at every stage, not only at the end: incoming materials, in-process inspection during assembly, and 100% outgoing inspection before packing.
Quality is checked at every step, not only at the end: incoming glass and polarizer inspection, in-process inspection during assembly, and 100% outgoing inspection before packing.
Test reports and material declarations are available on request for your compliance files.
Management systems
A certificate proves a system exists. What matters to a buyer is whether the system is visible in the records that come with the shipment.

Environmental management: chemical handling, waste from the LCD process, and the controls around both.
Occupational health and safety management for a production environment that handles chemicals and glass.
Restricted substances controlled at material level, with declarations available for your compliance file.
Measurement, not opinion
Batch consistency is the hardest thing to promise in this industry, and the only way to hold it is to measure. Our inspection area runs more than thirty instruments, including:
Glass, polarizers and driver ICs are checked against specification before they enter production.
P/R inspection, development and PI stages, alignment and bonding checks during assembly — more than ten checks per batch.
Every unit is inspected before packing, with electrical parameters verified against the agreed specification.
Batch records and a photo report travel with the order, so a question three months later can be answered from documents.

Reliability
Tell us the environment the product lives in and we agree the test plan before sampling — not after the first field failure.
Before you order
The questions buyers ask most before starting a display project. Anything missing? Ask us directly — we answer the same day.
Yes. Send a DXF, DWG or PDF drawing, or a photo of the display you are replacing together with its dimensions. If you have no drawing at all, we can work from a sketch plus the housing dimensions, and confirm the layout before tooling starts.
Typically 1,000 pcs per model for production orders. For a first project we can supply a smaller validation batch so you can test the display in your product before committing to volume — ask for it in your inquiry.
Segment panels normally take 7–10 working days after the drawing is confirmed. Module and backlight projects take longer, usually 10–15 working days, because assembly and light-guide tooling are involved.
Tooling depends on the outline size, the number of segments and the connector, so it is quoted case by case together with the unit price. It is a one-off charge, not a per-unit cost, and the tooling belongs to your project.
Outline drawing, duty and bias (or the controller you use), operating voltage, temperature range, viewing direction, connector type, annual quantity and required date. Missing items are the usual reason a quotation comes back as a wide price range.
Yes, on request and before any drawing is shared. Send us your NDA or ask for ours, and we will return it signed.
Parts are packed in anti-static trays with the batch record, then cartons on pallets. Shipping terms are confirmed with the order — we work with your forwarder or arrange transport from Shenzhen or Shanghai.
Send your drawing, target quantity and operating conditions. Our engineers reply with a feasibility check, tooling cost and lead time within one business day.
