Capabilities

Tooling, glass, assembly, backlight and inspection under one roof — so the display you approve is the display you receive in volume.

YURORAS designs and manufactures custom liquid crystal displays in our own plant in Ji’an, Jiangxi, China — a 53,000 m² manufacturing park with fully automatic STN-LCD, LCM, TFT module and backlight lines. That means one team is responsible for the glass, the polarizers, the tooling, the assembly and the outgoing inspection, instead of passing your project between suppliers.

From drawing to mass production

  1. Drawing review. Send your layout, outline drawing or a photo of an existing display. Our engineers check duty/bias, connector type, viewing direction and temperature range, then confirm feasibility and tooling cost.
  2. Tooling and sampling. We build the tooling and produce samples for your evaluation, normally within 7–10 working days.
  3. Validation. Samples are tested for operating and storage temperature, humidity, vibration and ESD before they reach you.
  4. Mass production. Volume orders run on dedicated lines with batch traceability and 100% inspection before shipment.

Processes we run in house

  • TN, HTN, STN and FSTN segment displays
  • COB, COG and TAB module assembly
  • Edge-lit and bottom-lit LED backlight units
  • Decorative printing, polarizer selection and connector assembly

Tell us what you need to display and where it will be used — we will propose the most cost-effective structure.

Display control solutions

From interface design to volume production

When a display needs electronics and firmware around it, we design the whole subsystem: the readout, the board, the software and the assembly. One team, one interface to your product team.

  1. 1

    Display interface design

Which segments, icons and status messages the user actually needs — and how to lay them out so the device is readable in its real environment.

  2. 2

    Board and hardware design

Driver selection for the duty and bias, backlight drive with temperature compensation, and the board fitted to the space you have.

  3. 3

    Firmware and software

Controller firmware, menus and status handling, so your product firmware does not carry display code.

  4. 4

    Prototyping

Samples with measurement data for your validation, before any volume commitment.

  5. 5

    Volume production

Batch traceability, 100% outgoing inspection and a photo report before dispatch.

Enterprise strength

Why the volume holds up

Four things decide whether a display programme survives contact with production: capacity, environment, inspection and response time.

Manufacturing scale

  • Founded 2014 · 10+ years of LCD customisation
  • Production base in Ji’an, Jiangxi (Jishui County West Industrial Park)
  • 53,000 m² park · capacity up to 150,000 pcs per day
  • Fully automatic STN-LCD, LCM, TFT module and backlight lines

Clean production

  • Temperature- and humidity-controlled workshops
  • Cleanroom areas with class 100–1000 cleanliness
  • Anti-static handling to protect the glass and the driver IC
  • TQM, QCC, SPC and CPK quality systems in daily use

Multiple inspection stages

  • 33 inspection instruments in house
  • P/R inspection, development and PI stages and more — 10+ checks per batch
  • RoHS-compliant materials, full inspection of modules
  • 100% outgoing inspection before packing

Response and support

  • Custom work from a sketch, a drawing or a sample
  • Technical answer within 30 minutes during working hours
  • On-site debugging support available for volume programmes
  • Free hardware and software technical consultation
